A Lull In The Action At A Northeastern New Mexico Roundup. It could be done easier; but that isn't the option in this part of the State. Cutting horses, roping, wrestling the calves and branding is all part of the day for these real life cowboys and cowgirls. Not much has changed over the last century when it's roundup time.
